A conversation card deck published by GEN aimed at gamifying tough questions and bridging conversations on gender and generational perspectives.

Through our programs and community engagements, we aim to bring forth different ways of connecting people. Building new avenues of engagement to bridge generational differences within our communities.

Engaging Communities: Around the Tok Panjang

In order to give depth to the conversations we host on gender equity, we partnered NUS Baba House (NUS Center for the Arts) to design and curate the first tour in the heritage house that discusses about gender. We invited NUS students, academics, historians, museum docents to be part of our conversation. Using historical artefacts as a background, we curated a 5 month long community activation program in the heritage house.

STEM Edition, in partnership with NTU Powers

This special edition of GENerally Speaking is in collaboration with NTU POWERS. POWERS aims to break barriers of women in STEM, and empower them to pursue STEM education and careers by creating a supportive ecosystem through connection, research and education.

Using statement cards as conversation prompts, POWERS and GEN hopes to unpack gender stereotypes, unconscious bias, gender associations surrounding women in STEM.

Our collaboration would also invite participation of institutions, schools, and organisations to join our conversation to promote a more inclusive and equity community for women in STEM.
